Door Difficulty

I think it would be nice at some point to add in different levels of door opening difficulty. Just because there is a certain ease when picking locks or kicking doors in, even with the most rudimentary skill levels. It would be nice to see reinforced doors or more elaborate locks reflected in requiring high levels of skill to pass. Alternatively much longer cool down times on these skills after failure relative to proficiency. I could see inept attempts and similar taking upwards of 2-3 minutes of cool down.
