Weapon Specialization bleed.

Sethrin and I were testing something out. I wielded my crossbow, and it showed this:
Primary Weapon: 1d2+9 Hit Bonus: +3 Critical: 17-20/x2
I have a 20 str, so I should get +7 damage from two handed. Okay. Where's the +2 coming from? We think weapon specialization is bleeding over. He was getting +4 mysterious damage, and he has greater spec with his weapon, while I do not.
We tested other weapons, and it's the same with all of them. Weapon spec is adding it's damage to weapons that are not part of the group specialized in.

I have found that it does this with a couple of weapons, mainly a Morningstar I have and a falchion I have as well. The weapon focus doesn't seem to bleed over on the Morningstar, though the falchion seems to get both bonuses. Not sure why this is happening.

Unfortunately, weapon specialization is not easy to test on the testport; I can't easily give it and take it away on a test PC. So I'll ask you for a bit more information!
Either a light or heavy crossbow is used as a club in melee, which can confuse things, and I'm having a hard time understanding the 1d2 base damage, so I'd rather look into a pure melee weapon first. Sethrin, can you spell out the details of your case for me, please? Specifically, the weapon specialization you have, and the description (long and short) of the falchion that's incorrectly picking up that bonus?
Thanks!

Did a bit of testing and found that my fighters' weapon feats are applying to all weapons instead of the weapons that they're meant to be assigned to.
Affected feats that are bleeding between weapons are:
Weapon Focus
Greater Weapon Focus
Weapon Specialisation
Greater Weapon Specialisation
Improved Critical
The issue is present on two fighters of two races. If you have questions about more specifics please PM me.

If you could redact much of this before posting it, I'd appreciate it
I have:
greater weapon focus: 'long axes'
improved critical: 'long axes'
weapon focus: 'long axes'
weapon specialisation: 'long axes'
Str 20/18
Dex 14/14
Con 20/19
Int 14/14
WIs 12/12
Cha 8/8
My primary weapon is a +1 battle axe:
a silvery elaborate steel battle axe - 1d8+8 Hit Bonus: +8 Critical: 19-20/x3
And the bonuses bleed over onto these:
a gold-adorned light crossbow (Quest reward, I believe it's a +1) 1d2+10 Hit Bonus: +4 Critical: 17-20/x2
a bright green heavy mace embossed with a setting sun (Quest reward, +1) 1d8+8 Hit Bonus: +8 Critical: 19-20/x2
I think I must've gotten rid of the other crossbow, but I purchased the repeating crossbow from the Fighters guild in Westgate and it's stats were - 1d2+9 Hit Bonus: +3 Critical: 17-20/x2

I can illustrate the math on this. Interestingly enough, I discovered that all crit ranges on weapons are also doubled despite me not having improved crit in any of these weapon types except great blades.
Two-handed wielding of any nonmagic weapon besides greatsword should yield:
Weapondamage(XdX) + 6 STR + 3 STR (1/2 for 2H Wielding) + 6 Power Attack = +15 bonus damage
While greatsword, which Cahir has Weapon Spec/Greater Weapon Spec in should yield:
2d6 + 6 STR + 3 STR + 6 Power Attack + 2 WS + 2 GWS = +19 bonus damage.
I have tested and confirmed with nonmagic weapons that both greatswords and about 5 other weapon types (mix of slashing, piercing, and bludgeoning) are yielding +19 bonus damage and the increased critical threat range.
A steel longspear:
Primary Weapon: 1d8+19 Hit Bonus: +5 Critical: 19-20/x3 (Normal is 20 only)
A darkened longsword:
Primary Weapon: 1d8+19 Hit Bonus: +5 Critical: 17-20/x2 (Normal is 19-20)
A steel rapier:
Primary Weapon: 1d6+19 Hit Bonus: +5 Critical: 15-20/x2 (Normal is 18-20)
A skull-topped axe:
Primary Weapon: 1d8+19 Hit Bonus: +5 Critical: 19-20/x3 (Normal is 20 only)
A two-handed sword:
Primary Weapon: 2d6+19 Hit Bonus: +5 Critical: 17-20/x2 (Normal is 19-20; have this feat.)
A massive warhammer:
Primary Weapon: 2d6+19 Hit Bonus: +3 Critical: 19-20/x3 (Normal is 20 only)

Should now be fixed, pending game update.
