Temples & Scrying

Should temples be blocked from scrying? At least, or in particular, those of secretive faiths?

I'd think it would vary temple to temple, and what all is there. Wards are costly to put in place, and not always effective, depending on the power of the one setting the wards, and the power of the one trying to pierce them, in addition to meta training. A place could be warded, but someone with spell pen 2 may be able to bypass. The secret faiths I'd think would be particularly guarded, but again.. a shrine to them may not be able to afford that type of protection if they aren't able to place it themselves, versus a main temple that may have the resources available
