Armour updateing?

I noticed while wearing Studded leather as a warrior, I only got a +3 to Max Dex.... According to 3.5 D and D it should be +5. Should it be changed? The AC bonus appear to be right with a +3 along with the arcane spell failure rate. The armor check penalty is wrong though it states its +0 when it should be a -1. Might we be able to fix this or perhaps give a understanding as to why it is like this?

Please consider that your dexterity bonus is affected by your carry weight. If you are at medium carry weight, you will not receive the same benefit as if you have a light carry weight.
