Merchant's out of stock

I noticed many merchants are out of stock on many things. Is there anyway we can increase the number of items they have?
There've been a few posts written about this topic.
In Bug Reports, you'll make a report about which vendor/shopkeeper it is that's missing stuff, where they are, and what stuff is missing.
Please do this in Bug Reports so whoever corrects the problem can block out any important details if they need to, but they'll let you know when it's been fixed.
