Can we get a sizable decrease in the frequency of horse poop? Like by 80%?? Or even more!

It's really annoying to be RPing with a horse present and it literally takes a dump in the middle of the conversation. The first one you can ignore, but then you have the horse dumping 3-4 times.... sometimes more frequently than people are RPing within a slow exchange. So you literally have a horse dumping throughout a RP session.

Horses do NOT crap that frequently!

No, no... I use up horse crap faster than my horse poops it out. I'll take your crap! Er... for spell components, of course.

Add manure to the things stables sell.

There's a work around that doesn't tax our extremely busy, volunteer coders and it's been posted in every thread relating to manure production: have your animal sit down.

Notice that this almost never happens when one is alone. It is a 1% chance on a random type program, so one person has a 1% chance every round of seeing his or her mount "poop". It appears to happen more often when more than one PC is present, so maybe it triggers the check once for each PC present, effectively multiplying the chances. (That's just an educated guess.)

In short, there appears to be no reasonable means to help this with soft code and, as Hrosskell said in so many words, no real reason to trouble Mask over it.

"Have the horse sit".

While this is an excellent suggestions because...you know...it works. The Idea of a horse sitting down to stop his unending flow of manure is HILARIOUS!.
