Composite Arrows in Waterdeep

As far as I can tell, there is no one that sells arrows for a composite longbow in waterdeep. There is a merchant in Ardeep, however non-rangers/druids are not allowed to enter the encampment.
Could we get Zarondar "The Nimble" Riauter to sell some composite arrows?
