I was wondering, when people speak another language it doesn't say they are speaking it. Is there a way we can change this, say maybe if someone knows the language it gives a prompt but if they don't it says speaks in a language you don't recognize?

Each language has a color code assigned to its quotation marks. It does prompt you that its a language you do not recognize (if you don't) assuming they are using SAY. It does not do this with SMOTE.

Another example of color-dependent stuff that isn't usable by people with no color vision at all.
I like this.
person says in common, "text". Or
Tiyari waves a hand dismissively, (saying/muttering/whatever) in common, "(whatever Tiyari would say)."
This would possibly be put into smote, or maybe a separate command altogether? I don't know. Sometimes wen smoting you won't use says/asks/demands, etc. The text being quoted doesn't have a language tagged on it by default, or adjectives.
