First, I was hoping someone might be able to give an explaination of the Turn Undead skill as it functions in FK. It seems as though the cleric first tries to control the undead and, failing that, will then attempt a turn. Specifically, though, I am curious why my good priest has even attempted to control an undead creature. I have actually succeeded a few times and was pretty baffled. Aren't evils and neutrals of evil gods the only clerics with that potential ability (or shouldn't they be, anyway)?
I am also curious as to the status of the Extra Turning feat. I found this in the helpful:
However, I'm not clear on whether the helpful is up to date, whether the change is currently being worked on, whether it's even an available feat in the game right now, and if not, when we might expect to see it.This feat is currently being updated to reflect Turn Undead's change from
Spell to Ability.
I've been planning out my feats for a week or two but I don't want to make a bad decision by not having the right info. If we shouldn't expect the feat for some time, I might just go with something else, but then again, it is a pretty nice feat to have... Blah, blah...
Thanks a lot for any help!
