There is a mob that sells Umber Hulk sleeves and arms named Sedesti. The items in question are sold by a druid to druids and rangers. The umber hulk sleeves and armor end up being Heavy armor, not usable by either classs.

I cannot remember exactly at the moment, but If memory serves, umber hulk armor should not be classified as heavy armor. I wasnt able to find anything online with a quick search but if I recall, druids were fond of using umber hulk armor. Alternately, perhaps the NPC should instead sell something usable by the classes he sells to.
