No stables in daggerford

I might be mistaken but I don't think there is a single stable in daggerford coded for stabling PC horses and pets.
The one in the castle grounds sells horses but the stablemaster doesn't tell you rates for stabling your horse so I'm assuming the code for it isn't there.
If it isn't could we have that one at least, turned into a proper stable with all the trimmings? Daggerford is a city afterall
