Could the keywords for the constable in the Waterdeep MS be restricted to constable and guard?
I know its a rather old mob so there will be some lay overs but there is at least one word that I can't see in his long or short description that isn't his race that targets him.

I trained up double-edged bananas because the uber-plantain of doom I scored from the beehive quest was the best weapon in the game. Now it's being treated like a bug and they have gimped its damage! That's not fair! My character is ruined!
