The Slippers sold in school of wonder and midnight blue shoes with azure buckles sold in leilon both for wizards is light leather armor instead of cloth.
I don't see any other leather armor in these or other wizard specialty shops so I'm assuming it wasn't the first in a line of armors to make a light leather using wizard strain anyway.
I suggest they be shifted to clothing as few wizards will bare the 10% spell failure to accessorize.

I trained up double-edged bananas because the uber-plantain of doom I scored from the beehive quest was the best weapon in the game. Now it's being treated like a bug and they have gimped its damage! That's not fair! My character is ruined!
