This is a little bit of an on going problem for not just me but for most other Garlians as well. Once you ask Gellana how to make the gems she will not repeat the recipe again, nor is the recipe in the qlog. This has lead to the recipe and actions to create these unique items being forgotten. My suggestion would be to have Gellana repeat the recipe when asked about the gems.
