Bad timing for catching my chosen god

Alright well I was wondering if there is an email address that I can send in an application to agree on a time to have my symbol presented to me. I have questioned and I have even had an imm leave a note saying to look out for me but it seems that the only time I can get on is the time my god is not on.. If anyone could please give an email adress to where I can set up a time it would be AWESOME. Thank you all
