Buying a stall

It would be nice having the possibility of buying/renting a stall (after paying an outrageous quantity of money, you don't need to pay any longer to stable in that stable)

Heh. Why would the stablemaster's union ever approve such a plan?
As grandaddy (a famous priest of Waukeen) used to say ... you can shear a sheep as many times as you'd like but you can only skin it once.

What's the benefit of a private stable?

Even if you "bought" the stall. You'd still have to pay for upkeep. I.E. cleaning, grooming, shoeing, and feeding. From the stablehands working there.
Otherwise I think it'd be neat. You rent it for x amount of days or years in fk then have to reup!

Saving money on long term and about one user command each time you stable your horse.

Okay. I like the idea of reduced cost. While I understand why you might want to streamline the stable process, I still like an aspect of roleplay to be involved (i.e. more than just typing stable in your own private room).
One of the things that I have included in some areas I've built (or rebuilt) is organizational stables. For example, a visitor arriving at the Temple of Torm's Coming in Tantras will be prompted by an NPC about stabling his or her horse. The interaction is passive on the PC's part (they don't have to seek it out) and it is free; the NPC takes the mount and gives a token in return. The PC can retrieve his mount from the NPC on his way out (the NPC is by the gates) or he can go seek it out at the stables if he chooses.
I feel that this addresses your concerns by making stabling cheap (free! except for the cost of your roleplay) and easy. How does this idea suit your original suggestion?

Nicely, I love those little details that make your PC life more enjoyable.
