From the SRD...
And yesterday was my thief's first run against these sorts of creatures. I was expecting that I'd just kind of sit there and be really no help at all against the undead and whatnot, but...A rogue can sneak attack only living creatures with discernible anatomies—undead, constructs, oozes, plants, and incorporeal creatures lack vital areas to attack. Any creature that is immune to critical hits is not vulnerable to sneak attacks.

A shadow makes a nice kick, but your crouch places his foot a mile above your head.

So it looks to me like undead, oozes, and presumably plants and constructs, in FK at least, are indeed susceptible to sneak attacks and whatever effects that might come from them? Is this intended? Known problem? Or is it not a problem at all?A grey ooze is stunned, but will probably recover.

Thanks in advance!
