Add Alzhedo As A Coded Language

I would love to see Alzhedo added as a coded language available to characters. I know I have one character who speaks it as a native language and I think I've seen a couple of others for whom it should be a native language. If Calimport ever goes in, it would make sense to have Alzhedo as the language humanoids there speak.

There are a lot of human languages in The Realms that this could apply to.
