What should a player do if a Leader of a certain Guild of Thieves is inactive but their approval is required for a player to join a certain Guild?

Try sending an email to the applications email, an imm may do a quest or something for you. I believe I know which you are talking about and i've also had an interest in that. I haven't had the time lately to ask for it though.

The character in question has not been logged since February and has been PMed in request.
