Minor thing, but neutralise poison can't be put on until it's completely timed out and removed from the affected list. Just thought i'd mention it because all other spells seem to be able to be reapplied anytime you want.

Code Council: is the answer to simply drop the rounds down to something really short?

If I could ask. Why is this a problem?

Not to be odd in the least, I just don't seem to see one is all.
