Supplicated Objects

Lets say you are a follower of a deity that only currently has one supplicated object. Well, from time to time, the only way to test if there is more items is to supplicate again. I am mostly just curious of what you should do with these? It seems almost like an insult to stockpile them. I dont want to walk around with like 12 of the same deity item on a character of mine. Sacrificing the item seems kind of like an insult to me as well, depending on the item. There is also the possibility of MAYBE letting a hopeful/quested person of the faith hold one, but they as unfaithed people could possibly be hurt or killed by the item. Throw in the fact that the items are supposed to be of the "chosen" of the faith and that leads to that idea probably not being a good one. I am just curious what I should do with them IC. Should I pray to my deity and hope he exchanges them for something else? That seems a bit taxing timewise and would cause spam. It also seems kind of unIC to me depending on the deity. The only idea I thought of that would be fun is if you could somehow "sense" where a supplicated object was without the locate object spell. That could add some interesting ideas with planting and baiting, but that would only really work for evil deities. Ideas?

I have a really bad tendancy to buy 2 or 3 of one item. Most of these things tend to be from Selune's temples. Every now and then I'll go through my things to clean my junk out. I always sac my Selunite stuff I'm cleaning out. :) I don't think it's insulting to stop the items from getting into someone elses hands. :) I dunna know, just my view. :)

If it were temple bought items I would. I am talking about the actual supplicated objects though. Working hard to gain the utmost respect of my deity and making them notice me enough to grant me a powerful object. Codewise....I may get the same object again and again :P IC I think its hard to just sacrifice it. Then again, I have always viewed sacrifice as kind of a "cleanup" command. Just seems to get rid of stuff....Which just made me think of another post to toss elsewhere.

Out of curiousity, if we have an idea for an object for a god that has only one supplicate item, can we send it in? If so, where should we send it?

i thought instead of starting a whole new thread my question could go here

last night there was an update in the code... for favor levels...

how has this affected the supplication of objects... or... any supplication

Supplicate should still be the same. The only thing is the favour slot has been moved in the score sheet. It is now located under the name of your deity.

alright... i didn't see it... sorry... but now... it shows that I am ignored... when before i was respected or favored.... is this right? once you get a "loved" status in your "faver level" you'll go up in your "faith level" once a senior member of your religen initiates you?

EDIT: Sorry... i logged onto the wrong one...everything is fine

EDIT: Do we have anything instore for the Faith Level? Or is it more for the Faithing team?....

I don't use the sacrifice command unless its rp, to sacrifice a item if not I sell it, or store it somewhere. :)
