Ordering a set of wizard clothes from Zhentil Keep.

When I purchased a set of clothes from the wizard outfit merchant in Zhentil Keep, he says you'll get a magical trinket with the purchase. In previous times, it was a glowing ring. This time, it wasn't any sort of magical trinket, no glowing flag on the ring. Not sure if it's intentional or not.
