I noticed that steal does not affect favor anymore both on my Oghman and my Beshaban, when it used to decrease and increase it respectively. Not sure if it's a bug or intended, in any case here it is.
What I mostly wanted to point out however was that plant does still grant favor on my Beshaban, and if steal does not yield favor it seems a little odd that plant does.

Oghma is not configured to take favor for theft.
No deity which is configured to provide favor for the steal element does reward it for successful use of the steal command; they all award favor for successful use of the plant command (which also leverages the steal skill).
