Thief - Poison Weapon

So I've a simple idea:

If a weapon is poisoned, allow a 100% chance of successful application per sneak attack (backstab and circle stab). This isn't to say you can't save against it, but just a better chance for it to go off. Admittedly, I'm not sure if you have rapid success of application when using it if your skills are higher but I think this might be a unique change!
