Aggressive mobs and ? exit rooms

When you enter the world map from a ? exit room, it's impossible to flee because you can't go the way you came. That feels like an issue when large bands of aggressive mobs can sit on top of those rooms, I'm thinking specifically of out in the Moors when they regularly stack up on top of them. At night, if you don't have darkvision you won't know that's what you're walking into. It's an understandable limitation of flee code to not be able to flee through these special exits, but could these rooms maybe be flagged so that mobs don't move there?
