Midnight's Manifestations wrote: Have you ever seen the illusions bards and wizards often make in the garden and thought to yourself, that might just be the cutest thing I've ever seen? Or, I could have made that a little better? Now is your chance to prove it. Put your creativity on display in a contest against other illusionists to decide who makes the finest illusions. Welcome to the Midnight's Manifestations contest!

This contest is open to anyone who can create freeforming illusions((Can cast Major Image)) regardless of their moral or religious affiliations. To that end, it will be held in the open plains on the coast south from Waterdeep so that anyone will be able to attend. A few rules:
- You may animate your illusion only once. Ex. I create a bear and I am allowed to make it stomp about and roar once to emphasize how dangerous it looks.
- Your illusion must be crafted in front of the judges, and no changes are allowed to the illusion after its initial casting. Mistakes happen!
- After your illusion has been judged for the round, please send it a bit off in the plains to wait for your next round. Clear the stage for the other contestants, basically.
- For judges, contestants and onlookers alike, please do not cause any violence, or make a scene which would distract from the contestants and their illusions. Faith enemies happen, there is time for problems later.

With those rules out of the way, onto the actual structuring of the contest:
- There will be seven rounds in total
- Each round, a panel of three judges will award points from one to ten. The maximum for each round is therefore thirty points.
- The winner of each round will have a small prize, and the person with the most total points by the end of the contest will win the grand prize.
- Each round will be set with a specific theme, as detailed below. Some of these rounds will be labelled as a surprise, their theme will be revealed at the contest and you will be required to improvise your illusions.
-No illusion, however fitting, should be used more than once in the contest. Try to make your illusions distinct to score the highest number of points.
- Have fun with it.

First Round - Cute
Second Round - Surprise
Third Round - Scary
Fourth Round - Surprise
Fifth Round - Funny
Sixth Round - Surprise
Final Round - Sad
