I'm going to explain this in OOC terms for the sake of ease of understanding. :)


Depending on my availability one weekend night a week/every other week Veronice will host the 'Ventures of Vigilance'.

During this time a 'boss style' npc will be set up in a normal area of the game.

Depending on attendance members will be organized into group or groups based on their class.

Each will have(Depending on availability):

Front line guardians (Fighters and Paladins)

Mid line healers trackers and damage dealers (Healers Thieves and Rangers)

Back line casters and buffers (Wizards and Bards)

This event is open to all good aligned and neutral aligned (Forgive me evils, read Helm's helpfile for why I cannot justify inviting you.)

I will use this thread to post a day, time, and area to meet in.

I'm excited to host big fight groups, and I hope you all bring your good and neutrals out!

Had to schedule eight weeks of medical appts and didn't have the appointment to do that until Friday so I didn't follow through this week, but next week:

How does one join these events ICly?

Sadly, I was 5min late due to work/traffic home and reaching out to a known PC was told it was already underway and looking at the post but had I arrived on time there was no mention of where people were meeting.

You can join the events ICly by going to the location listed in the post. In this case, that'd be Hartsvale, where everyone met up.

We waited five minutes post the meeting time before heading off to give a little time. I don't want to hold back waiting more than that, the goal is a quick adventure with a boss fight. That said, Vero is a cleric with the ability to get late people directly to where the group has gotten so send a tell to the person running it next time. :)

Oct 28 4PM pst Alaron for an elemental invasion with a boss elemental.

I really didn't want to but I have to push this back another week.

The computer I play FK on is having an issue that causes the mud to hang for long enough that I've gotten my PCs killed or had to reconnect entirely. I cannot possibly survive the battle spam this way.

I should be good for next week as a piece to fix the issue will be in by then. Have a good weekend!
