Elves, Kismet, and I'm a Silly Creature

Simple suggestion: Remove additional kismet costs for moon elves to be lawful and sun elves to be chaotic (Maybe also move sun elf to 0 cost). These are the two base elves of the FR setting, and while they do tend towards a certain alignment notable examples do exist otherwise. And adventurers are nothing, if not, notable examples.
This also would mean that a new player coming in that wanted to try a paladin doesn't have to wait to get 100 kismet to be a lawful moon elf just to go for that when the other base races that are 0 cost can do that for free up front.
