Quick to Master
Quick to Master
Humans receive this feat free. This allows an extra feat free during their first level as humans learn things quickly, being able to accomplish much within the short lifespan that they have.
I like this, would give a better advantage to humans to counteract the extra skills and vision that the other races have. Would also make it closer to actual D&D.

I agree... in PnP, a human gets the benefit of extra skill points at the start and as he levels. Since skill levels in a skill is the closest thing FK has to skill points, seems logical that a human would have a feat that could boost his learning ability in the skills he posesses.

This would need a minus. If you gave a person a +1 everytime you used a skill it would to quickly elevate. It would probably double (I assume). If you then put on a stiputation that they could never grandmaster, then that would be another story. Or if you limited the bonus to adept and then it did not continue, this would be more plausible.
The short. Just knowing what little I know about coding and whole number, this is too powerful, give it some restrictions.

History shows again and again how nature points out the folly of men..... Godzilla.
I didn't mean it as giving humans a +1 to their skill level...
Rather, I meant it as giving them an extra feat during first level.
Humans will start with 2 feats, then gaining 1 feat every 5 levels.
Other races will get 1 feat, followed by 1 feat every 5 levels.
Still, I find the +1 to all skill levels idea interesting.

Llanthyr, isn't it already the case?
If it's not in yet, I think it might be in the new character creation area (that will come in once it's completed). Racial modifications and advantages were revised and changed to stick more closely to what they get in the 3E Forgotten Realms books (especially Races of Faerûn).
(By the way, "Quick to master" is not a feat per se (it's only so in Neverwinter Nights). Humans just get a bonus feat when they "start", just like elves are familiar with swords and bows when they "start".)
