Was looking over some of my stats and stuff and noticed something that I thought was odd. Wouldnt you think that they should have some fire resistance? Races says that they cast fireballs on themselves just for fun. lol
Just a thought!
EDIT: My bad can someone move this to planetouched for me? Thanks

If you type in the command resistance it will list all the current resistances set up for the pc.

They do have some resistance.
Yet, what you see is just names, not number. Just like using a stat point to train up Dex might not change the descriptive name given for your Dex, giving you some fire resistance might not change the descriptive name given for your resistance level.

Well I can understand how it might not show if it is just a point or two....but it that all the resistance a fire Genasi would get a point of two extra? They are still pretty much just as succeptable to fire as everyone else....I was just thinking that they should be a little more resistant then that...but then again I could be wrong.
Just my thoughs!

In the book "Races of Faerune" it talks about Fire genasi mages that can tempt casting fireballs on themselves, due to the high level of fire resistance.
But code wise in the 3rd edition, they get this: Fire Resistance 10
Not sure how this translates to FK
