I was curious as to what age elves have compared to humans. I was going by a 1/10 ratio, ie an elf that is a hundred is ten to a human. I was told this is wrong. So I was curious if anyone knew the ages for the following.

Infant
Toddler
Ten or so. (Considering apply for a char like this for something special)
Adolescent (11-15)
And around 20.

Thanks guys =)

I know the coming of age for an elf is around 90-100. This is why as opposed to "16 yr old" humans, you get "100 year old" elves. They are about the same maturity. An elf takes far longer to mature than the relatively short-lived humans.

Elves grow little during the first 65-75 years of their life, though they still practice with the bow and blade.

Then, at 75ish they reach adolescence.

Bearing in mind that my information here is from Myth Drannor website. Some of it has been known to be wrong. But as a basic guideline, until someone more knowledge tells you the truth, I think this fits okay.

:D

Nice question.

I have been going by the fact that elves start out at 100 with the same maturity as a human, and tend to play that we keep up with them in general from then on, with a little more immaturity but still all the wise in the lessons we learn along side them in life. There is so much different information out there on elves on the web that you kind of just need to find the information that fits your character the best! :D

Well, Elves live to 700, so I can see where the 10/1 ratio comes from. I think beyond 100 there isn't much difference either way.
