Plays and playwrights?

What does the game feel about these publications? Can only a bard compose them? Are they allowed?

Anyone can publish work. Bards just get a lil extra for it, I beleive.

Edit: *blinks at Mystras post* Eh...hrm...I need to go collect for Glim then.

Anyone can write a play, it's just those with the talent needed to write something like this tend to be bards.
