Hide and Score Sheet

I was wondering if a new tag could be added to the score sheet when hidden, perhaps below where pose is at so that a PC knows if they are hidden or not perhaps just a 'You are concealed'. Just to let PC's know if they are still hidden or not.

Thought it would be a nice and helpful addition.
