The caster grows vampirelike fangs that allow him to make bite attacks with an attack bonus of +10 plus the caster's Strength modifier. The caster's bite attack deals 1d6 points of damage and 1 point of Constitution damage.
Converted to the mud, this spell would give the target the bite attack that mobs of CLASS_MONSTER (and I'm guessing CLASS_VAMPIRE?) receive, with bonuses to hit and damage. This attack would have a chance of lowering the target's constitution.
