Forgive me if this has been covered - I've searched thoroughly, but can't find anything or anyone else to answer this.
The help files tell of the kismet cost to delete a character of above level ten. It also implies that it's free to delete one of under level ten. What if the said character is precisely level ten? I know this must sound like I'm being pedantic, but there is a reason for this

A character of level 10 or under can be deleted free of kismet costs and without any immortal interventions. The reasoning for these deletion restriction is to prevent heat of the moment deletions due to OOC emotion. Also to prevent deletions of characters with long standing roleplays without any IC reasoning of the characters sudden disappearance. Most characters under level 11 are typically not involved in many IC relationships with other characters. Some players try out various classes and characters only to find that they do not get a comfortable feel for playing the character in question and are allowed to delete them prior to level 11.
