When I go to make a rogue in the char creation system. It says that there is a minimum requirement off 100 kismet, and that it will not be deducted from my account. I have more then enough kismet, but when I go to choose that class, it says that I do not.

Am I doing something wrong?

The kismet cost for creating a rogue character is 200, not 100 as noted in the creation process. This is something that has yet to be addressed and the text corrected.
