Tieflings and darkvision

In the Races manual, it states that tielflings should possess 60' darkvision. I have noted, on mine, and others I have spoken with, that we do not have natural darkvision at all.
Was this an oversight in making the race for FK? Or was it something decided to leave out of the FK race, for whatever reason?
