An odd thought just popped into my head..

sun elf + moon elf = ?

IF they ever come together, of course.

And I was wondering what the other combinations and results were. Anybody could shed some light, please?

I think this has come up before, but I can't find it. Either way, I heard once that elves breed true. In "Evermeet: Isle of Elves", for example, a moon elf noble High Mage marries a gold elf uber-noble. They both keep their individual House names, and whenever a child is born silver, the child is accepted into the moon elf house, and vice versa. Basically, you do not get any watered down "silvergold"
variations: you either get silver, or gold.

The same goes for drow, and any other elven subrace. You could never get a halfdrow/halfelf elf, they would either be blackskinned, or silver/gold/copper-skinned.

I hope that helps.

So they never come out a with a little gold on the arm, or a little silver here and there?

Its ONE pure colour, and that's it?

Indeed, it ends up with one color, and skin is the most important hint on elves whether they are sun or moon elf. But a combination of a sun elf and moon elf can affect eye colors or hair colors, I believe. For example, silver hair is common among moon elves, but with a mixture parents, a sun elf might have a silver hair.
