This is the map from the Forgotten Realms Campaign Setting book. It's available in three different sizes, and each of those in two different resolutions.

I soooo want to get mine laminated, but it's rather large... Some day!

Found this (rather awesome) map of Waterdeep. It's a huge download, but it basically compiles all information on Waterdeep from all of the sourcebooks available, with layers detailing landmarks, taverns, temples... the works.
