[Command] List (Merchant Name)

I am dissapointed to see this wasn't posted by the person who discussed it on the ask channel.

The command would allow you to shop when two merchants are in the same room. While it isn't frequent, it comes in handy when in places such as silverymoon.

I just tested this out in a library and it worked fine. So I believe it already exists.

It does not function correctly when there are two of the same named mob in the same room, i.e. "A merchant" and "A merchant".
Typing "List merchant" Works just fine, but "list 2.merchant" does not function as it should.

I believe it is 2.list to list what has the second merchant... not list 2.merchant...

list merchant doesn't do anything but the first command... list
