You have great understanding on how businesses work so you can get a good price in almost everything you buy or sell.
You get haggle as skill.
You must be from Westgate to get this feat.

Hmm,
Just a thought, why from Westgate? I dont believe it is counted as a hometown.
Also, perhaps, instead, a bonus to haggle would be more plausable?

Westgate is counted as a hometown and it is also a trading city.

I would suggest that rather than introduce a very similar feat, we perhaps look at expanding the regions/cultures included in the above.

Silver Palm is interesting and all, but I like this feat Idea in addition, if the two feats could have a stacking effect. That's just my thought though. It would make since if members of the merchant guild, say, had access to such a feat. It would be a fine reward for joining. Having the option to take the feat open I mean.
