[ROLEPLAY] The gem shards

This is a subplot of the Ardeep roleplay, open to all characters (there seem to be plenty of possible good, neutral and evil roles). A good IC starting point would be the in-game message posts.
Hopefully without giving too much away: the evils have made some demands. The goods need to do some investigation and decide on a response; this might take up the first session, which could start sometime between

If you'd like to join in, please post which time you'd prefer. Also, this is sort of short notice, so if people need more time to find out the details and get involved, the session could maybe be moved to later in the week (though earlier is preferable).

I have a vaguely involved character (Layna, who was there for the incident that set this off) and would like to be around for this. Either time is doable - though I might struggle to get home from work to be bang on time for the earlier one.

Takket would like to be there, but I can only make the first time and then only for an hour. Will this be lasting longer than that, and if so, would it be best for me just to stay away?

Im trying not to derail the thread but I would like to input that RPs should not be viewed as reward opportunities but rather opportunities to rp with others. Admins and immortals should not be taking time to worry about item specific rewards but rather spend time making the rp enjoyable for everyone and just having a good time.

I do believe Rawlys was saying that it is his character, rather than the player, who is taking a mercenary tack on things. Which is great to see sometimes :->
