[COMMAND] fillquiver

I think it would be terribly useful to have a command available which would allow a PC to buy either enough arrows (or bolts) to fill his quiver, or a set number of arrows all at once and have them placed directly in the quiver so long as the PC has sufficient funds. Especially for characters with a lower item-carrying capacity, buying ammunition is quite the time-consuming venture.

I've tried buying (number) item, but at least on the merchant I'm trying it with he refuses to sell that many of the item at once, even if the number is 5 or so.
