Friends
=======
Transmutation
Range: Touch
Target: Noncombat
Syntax: cast 'friends' <target>

The transmuted creature becomes more poised, articulate, and personally
forceful. The spell grants an enhancement bonus to Charisma, adding the
usual benefits to Charisma-based skill checks and other uses of the
Charisma modifier

Charisma
========
Charisma measures a character's force of personality, persuasiveness,
personal magnetism, ability to lead, and physical attractiveness. This
ability represents actual strength of personality, not merely how one is
perceived by others in a social setting.

I was thinking since this spell is for Charisma Which deals with the way one looks as with other thing could there be something addded to the glance command that says something like he looks somewhat attractive or handsome or something to the effect?

I like that idea. Maybe:

"PC has a gleam of beauty about them today"?

This could be interesting, and would just be adding a visaffect flag to the spell, but there's one catch I would see..

To say, just about any statement as to how forceful, beautiful, etc the affected person was, it would be presuming a high score as a result of the spell. Herein is the problem as the friends spell is a fixed +4 bonus, which could be applied to a person with a CHA of 15 and they would be blinding, but apply it to a person with a CHA of 7 and they would barely be average still.

Maybe you're just a little lonely, but "X is looking better than usual"
