Thanks for the report, Dapher. Some bug corrections were made to mounts and mounted speeds, and it looks as though they had a follow-on effect with PC speeds. Please allow a bit of time for further investigation and debugging.
If others observe the same phenomenon (a few of you, at any rate) please confirm it here; please indicate if you have the sneak skill.
I don't have a PC with sneak, but I was able to confirm that at speeds hop and crawl, one remains hidden while moving. That'll do for now, I hope!

The max speed you used to supposed to be able to get on horseback was sprint. The fastest it can get now is gallop, which is no faster than when you run on foot. Can we please put sprint back in as a mounted speed option?

Aye. You cannot Trot..and when you gallop it's no faster than run..but drains more than run...horses should be able to move faster than a normal persons run speed?

Morning
What about speed fly? It seems way slow now
Flying cretures normally are faster than walking or even galloping creatures.
best regards

This is now in Bugzilla - alas, as is often the case with code, fixing a problem in one place causes new ones to pop up elsewhere. The coders are working on it, so please be patient!
Edit: I think Mask has fixed the delay on movement speeds, and the TROT -> GALLOP autoconversion problem. FLY has been adjusted to be a slower speed than it was previously. Plans are in place to add SOAR as a faster, more tiring flying speed.
p.s. Please note that once these issues are all settled, this forum posting will move to "Dead Bug Reports." If that happens to a bug report you post, please understand that it means that your bug is in the system, and will soon be fixed (if it isn't already!)
