Review and resolution of complaints

Over the last few days I have been reviewing the complaints procedure for the game. This will likely continue for another week or so. Unfortunately, Lathander and myself were absent from the game for large periods between April and November and some tidying up is in order.

In most instances this will also include looking back over the complaints themselves: resolving any that are outstanding; using our decisions to inform policies; and streamlining the actual mechanics involved.

I am posting to advise you of this for several reasons;

-I will at some point be speaking to those players with outstanding complaints action on their accounts.

-There may be polls posted asking for your input on the topics which seem to prompt the most complaints.

-The review will probably include a change in how complaints are brought to our attention

-This will take much of my attention whilst it is completed, so apologies to those waiting for responses on other matters.

If you have submitted a complaint in the last 8 months that has not been resolved or that you feel could have been handled differently, please feel free to PM me with the details. This will not be an appeal process, but will enable Lathander and myself to start the new system with a clear field.

NB : Any new, or previously unreported, complaints should still be sent to the fkcomplaints@lists.skynet.ie address until notified otherwise.
