Conjuration (Creation) [Acid]
Range: Close
Target: Offensive
Syntax:  cast 'acid blast' <target>

A magical burst of acid forms around the target, causing both magical and
physical damage from the acid. The target also suffers from residual acid 
damage each round after the spell hits for the duration of the spell.
 
This spell cannot be cast by an invoker
