Syntax: cast 'change sex' <target> <male/female/neuter>
This spell can be a cruel joke upon someone, as upon completion of the spell,
the gender of the victim can be changed at the caster's choosing to male,
female, or neuter.
This spell cannot be cast by an abjurer
