Syntax: cast 'chaos hammmer'
You unleash chaotic power to smite your enemies. The power takes the form
of a multicolored explosion of leaping, ricocheting energy. Only lawful and
neutral (not chaotic) creatures are harmed by the spell.
The spell deals full damage to lawful creatures (more to lawful outsiders)
and gives them a penalty to combat and armour class.
Neutral creatures are only dealt half damage, and do not suffer the other
penalties of the spell.
