If successful, this spell reduces the target's attack rolls (to hit and
damage), as well as all three saving throws (fortitude, will, and reflex).
The effects persist until dispelled by a Remove Curse spell.
This spell cannot be cast by an illusionist
This spell cannot be cast by a transmuter.
